They are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this agreement for mutual protection and determination of expectations for our service.

1. General - Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain an exact number of stocks on our website, but from time to time there may be a disparity in availability and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the products available to you for processing the refund.

2. Delivery costs - Shipping costs are calculated at payment based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for delivery will be collected on the purchase. This price will be the final price for the cost of delivery to the customer.

3.1 Return due to change of decision - Sense of Ace Shop will gladly accept a return due to a change of decision, as long as we receive a return request within  7 days of receipt of the item and it is returned to us in original packaging, unused and for resale condition. The return will be paid at the expense of customers and will have to arrange their own delivery. Once returns are received and accepted,  Refunds will be processed to keep credit for future purchases. We'll let you know when this is over by email. (Sense of Ace Shop) refunds the value of the returned goods, but DOES NOT refund the value of the paid delivery.

3.2 Warranty Return - Sense of Ace Shop will gladly honor all valid warranty claims, provided that the claim is transmitted within 30 days of receipt of the items. Customers will have to pay in advance for the return delivery, but we will reimburse the cost of a successful warranty claim. Upon receipt of warranty claim items, you can expect Sense of Ace Shop to process your warranty claim within 7 days. After the warranty claim You will receive a choice of (a) a refund to your payment method (b) a refund to a store credit (c) a replacement item sent to you (if any)

4. Delivery conditions

4.1 Transit time in the domestic market

In general, domestic shipments are in transport mode from 2 to 7 days (USA).

4.2 International transit time - Usually, orders sent abroad are in transit from 4 to 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you choose. We are able to offer a more specific assessment when choosing your courier at payment.

4.3 Change of delivery address orders made before 12 a.m. - MST (UTC-07), will be shipped the same day, otherwise within the next business day. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except for national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipment delays are minimized.

4.4 Change of delivery address - For requests to change delivery address, we are able to change the address at any time before the order is shipped.

4.5 Delivery by mailbox - Sense of Ace Shop/ will ship to mailbox addresses using postal services only. We cannot offer courier services for these locations.

4.6 Delivery to military address - We may ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service via courier services.

4.7 Out of stock items If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before shipping your order. Existing items in the order will be saved while we wait for this item.

4.8  Delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us.

5. Tracking notifications - When sending, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the delivery provider.

6. Shipments damaged during transportation If you find that the shipment is damaged during transportation, if possible, refuse the shipment from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

Duties and taxes-

7.1 Sales tax has already been applied to the price of goods as shown on the website.

7.2 Import duties and taxesImport duties and taxes on international shipments will be prepaid without payment of additional fees by the customer upon arrival in a destination country.

8. Cancellations If you change your mind before you receive your order, We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please see our refund policy.

9. Insurance Shipments are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier.

9.1 Process of shipment damaged during transportation. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed the investigation of the claim.

9.2 Procedure for parcel lost during transport. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier checks the shipment as lost.
